FormatNest is built for fast file conversion with privacy-conscious defaults. Browser-supported tools process files locally in your browser. Backend-powered jobs use temporary processing storage and are designed for automatic cleanup.

Account data

When you create an account, we store the information needed to authenticate you, track your plan, and manage conversion limits, such as email, name, hashed password, plan status, and quota usage.

Files

Uploaded files are not intended for permanent storage. Files used by backend conversion jobs may be temporarily stored so the conversion can complete and the result can be downloaded.

Advertising and analytics

FormatNest may use advertising partners that set cookies or similar identifiers according to their own policies. You can manage ad and tracking preferences in your browser settings.
