Fitness calculators
Find your pace, finish time, or distance — km or miles.
Complete guide
Choose what you want to find — pace, time, or distance — then enter the two values you know. The calculator returns your pace per km/mile and your average speed, or the missing time or distance.
Enter times as h:mm:ss (e.g. 0:50:00) and pace as min:sec (e.g. 5:00). Switch between kilometers and miles at any time.
Find pace (distance + time), finish time (distance + pace), or distance (pace + time).
Pace mode returns both your time per unit (e.g. 5:00/km) and your average speed in km/h or mph.
Switch the distance unit and the pace output follows — handy for race plans in either system.
